SkillBuild
SkillBuild, delivered by CITB, is the largest multi-trade skills competition in the UK for construction trainees and apprentices.
SkillBuild 2023
SkillBuild is the largest and longest running multi-trade competition in the UK for construction apprentices and learners.
Registration for SkillBuild 2023 is now closed. However, if you’re interested in taking part in next year’s competition, you can register your interest and we will contact you when next year’s registration begins.
Each competitor will compete in the SkillBuild Regional Qualifiers, run UK-wide, from April to June each year. These one-day events bring together apprentices and learners, with the overall eight highest-scoring competitors in each specialist skill going through to the next round – the SkillBuild National Final. Results from each Regional Qualifier will be uploaded to our leadership board within 48 hours of your competition finishing.
Once all of the Regional Qualifier have finished, we will announce the top eight scoring competitors in each category across the UK. These eight competitors will qualify to compete at the SkillBuild National Final at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes on 21-23 November 2023.
